Holiday Greetings Friends & Family,
I hope this letter finds you and yours in good health and happy spirits! It’s been another whirlwind year in real estate and I am incredibly grateful for my clients, new and old. It’s my honor to be able to help so many individuals, couples, and families find new homes or sell their home and move on to the next stage of their lives. This year my team and I again broke the record for sales in our area and I continue to be the #1 real estate agent in closed transactions in Barron, Washburn, Sawyer, and Rusk counties. It’s a great privilege to be able to help so many.
In addition to my real estate career, this year I have joined the board of directors for Benjamin’s House to further help our community by lending my real estate knowledge and sincere desire to help those in need find homes of their own. Having a safe shelter isn’t just having a roof over your head, it’s about having a place to call home. Whether it be helping those in need find an apartment, home, or just a hot meal I am proud to be a part of the Benjamin’s House team.
My business isn’t the only thing that has grown this year- my family and my team have, too! My team now includes two more great additions- Jaleesa assists in listings and loan processing and Shelby assists my team in administrative duties as well as day to day organizational efforts. Emily, Breanna, and Sarah all continue to provide excellent support in my office and I am proud to have a full team of five incredible individuals to make every real estate transaction a smooth one.
This year Loni and I will be welcoming a new grandbaby and we are all anxiously awaiting her
arrival. We have also revived a lost tradition of hosting Sunday dinners for our family. In the hustle and bustle of life it was easy to drift away from what connects us and returning to the family dinner table has been a real blessing. It has been a great year of coming together and spending Sunday as a family.
