If you shop around long enough you’ll almost always find somebody to provide service at a cheaper rate. Did you want that tooth pulled with our without pain medication? The bigger question is- why is their rate cheaper? I’m betting it’s not because they want to work for less, but they’re more likely leaving out some important parts of the service. My commission rate is in line with most of other agents in the area.
