Rice Lake

Rice Lake is the retail and recreational hub of the Barron County area! The community is the host of the Rice Lake Aquafest that takes place in early-June and offers music in the park every Thursday at 7 pm. Other attractions include Skate City, Lake 7 Movie Theatre, Rice Lake Speedway, area golf courses, Veterans Park and more! Visit the many shops and unique retail offerings in the downtown area or just take a stroll to the beautiful waterfront of Rice Lake! The city of Rice Lake is in the center of dozens of recreation opportunities including: fishing and water recreation, cross country ski trails, hiking, and ATV trails. Cameron

Cameron is a great family community famous for their school district and offers many parks, campgrounds, resorts, and is accessible to many local lakes. If you get hungry check out the Cameron House, R Bar, or Brion’s Smokehouse and Deli. Cool off with the kids in the summer months at the Cameron Splash Pad or enjoy the outdoor exercise equipment adjacent to the splash pad!

Chetek is known for the thousands of acres of water recreation on the Chain of Lakes features many resorts and campgrounds! Home of the Hydroflights every Thursday & Sunday through the summer months, Chetek is also home to the Stardust drive in movie theatre, a farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and an abundance of retail in the downtown area and many delicious dining opportunities including: The famous Chetek Bakery, Gilligan’s, Red’s, and Pokegama!
