2019 Real Estate Wrap Up
Another year has gone by and I hope you’ve made memories and enjoyed all that Northwest Wisconsin has to offer! Last year Loni & I shared that our youngest daughter, Breanna was married. This year we are very excited to announce that our family is growing by one and we are expecting another grandbaby this winter! Breanna and Ben are very excited to become parents and our entire family is excited to have another baby to love & snuggle with! We’re already looking forward to next summer and baby’s first family pontoon ride on Rice Lake! Along with working together to provide my clients with a top shelf real estate experience, the team and I enjoy time together outside of the office. Emily did a great job of coordinating a surprise team crafting project this fall at Off R Rockers in Chetek. The ladies and I had a great time building scarecrow mum holders to decorate our own homes with. Along with Breanna’s new baby- my former listing manager Jaleesa, is also getting ready to welcome a new baby as well as spend more time focusing on her growing family. This year my office also expanded to welcome client concierge, Kelli. Kelli’s hometown roots, helpful nature and sparkling personality is a perfect fit for my office.
My office is again celebrating a banner year. I helped more people sell their homes in 2019 than ANY OTHER agent in Northwest Wisconsin! We also just celebrated the one year anniversary of the Casey Watters Home Sale with Heart Program. The program is simple: every time I sell a home I donate $50 to the Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter to help provide resources for the homeless in our area. Through the program my office has already donated over $11,000 to the shelter! Everyone needs housing and my passion is helping people find the home that’s right for them, it’s an honor to be able to help serve the housing needs in our area from the ground up.
